- Changeover day: should you prefer a flexible arrival day, please contact us.
- Arrival & departure: arrival is normally from 3pm on the first day of the holiday and departure by 10am on the last day.
- Prices: the rental cost of the villa includes electricity, air-conditioning Sky TV and end-of-stay cleaning.
- Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable when making a provisional booking.
- Balance: the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival, together with a security deposit of £450 (500€) for the Villa and £150 (175€) for the Studio, which is refunded after the holiday.
- Linen & towels: all bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
- Cleaning: the property is cleaned before your arrival and upon departure.
- Help & advice: English-speaking hosts are on hand to help in an emergency.
