- Changeover day: should you prefer a mid-week arrival day, please contact us.
- Arrival & departure: arrival is from 3pm on the first day of the holiday and departure is by 10am on the last day.
- Prices: the prices shown are per week for the villa and include electricity, air-conditioning, cleaning and Sky TV.
- Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable when making a provisional booking.
- Balance: the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival, together with a (refundable) £400 security deposit.
- Linen & towels: all bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
- Cleaning: the property is cleaned before your arrival and mid-holiday if required when booked for two weeks or longer.
- Help & advice: your English-speaking hosts are on hand throughout the day and are also available 24/7 should you need help in an emergency.
