The villa accommodates up to six people in comfort and style, with many homely touches and luxurious extras, including wireless broadband internet access. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Sainte-Maxime’s prestigious golf domaine, Bohème is superbly located on the hillside above the golf course, with marvellous views of the greens and the surrounding hills. The entrance hall [click to enlarge]Automatic gates secure the entrance to Bohème and the driveway leads down to a wide parking area and access to the property. A 300-year-old oak front door opens into Bohème’s elegant entrance hall.
The spacious, open-plan living room has a very comfortable sitting area with a "Louis" fireplace, a 42" high-definition plasma TV ("Pioneer") with full SKY package and a fully integrated entertainment system (DVD, CD and an interface for your own MP3 devices). The dining area & kitchen [click to enlarge]Furnished with an antique walnut table & chairs, the dining area is enhanced by a vaulted ceiling. The adjacent kitchen has been equipped to a high standard with Siemens appliances, including a built-in oven & integral coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The basement laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
From the living room, French windows open out onto a spacious terrace with an "infinity" swimming pool (10m x 5m, heating optional) and has wonderful views of the golf course and Bohème’s Mediterranean garden. Dining alfresco... [click to enlarge]Part of the terrace is covered and has a summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue adjacent to the Villa’s kitchen. The covered terrace provides welcome shade from the midday sun and has been equipped with attractive garden furniture. It’s the perfect spot for alfresco dining - and a chilled glass of local rosé accompanied by the chirruping of cicadas is a wonderful way to end the day!
Bohème has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom encompasses the whole of the first floor and has been furnished with a king-size hand-crafted four-poster bed. French doors open out onto a private terrace, with panoramic views of the golf course and the sea. The ground-floor double bedroom [click to enlarge]The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One is furnished with a king-size bed, or twin beds if preferred, and has an en suite shower room with a vanity unit and WC. French doors open out to a private terrace and also the pool area. The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en suite wet-room. There is a separate WC adjacent to the bedroom.
All the bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes with antique wood façades. The bathrooms all have "walk-in" showers with both overhead and low-level shower heads. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom for our guests.
An independent Studio suite situated below the main house is available to rent for an additional one or two guests, should you require accommodation for seven or eight people in total.
